Delhi Capitals have been among the most active franchises in the trade market since the 2026 season ended in May. The franchise first struck a major deal with Lucknow Super Giants to bring back wicketkeeper-batter Rishabh Pant in exchange for left-arm wrist-spinner Kuldeep Yadav.

The window will reopen one week after the auction concludes and remain open until one month before the 2027 season starts. This will give teams another opportunity to negotiate player exchanges and adjust their squads after the auction.
