Vihari, in his assessment, opined that the management tried to find a new bowling combination through permutations and combinations, but the bowling lacked quality without Jasprit Bumrah and Hardik Pandya.

Further in the same video, Vihari rated individual bowlers’ performance in short. Apart from Kuldeep Yadav the rest of the bowlers did decent jobs, but not enough to prevent the team from going down against the opposing team

“Gurnoor was okay. There are some fitness concerns with him. Nitish was also okay. Siraj was decent; I would not say it was world-class from him. Kuldeep also looked a bit off color. Naman bowled decently, but with such a fifth bowling quota, while defending 350, you need a better option. That is where the bowling has been exposed. This is where they are really missing Hardik and Bumrah,” he added.
